Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing patients' medical histories.
  • Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and addressing their concerns.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans with clear objectives and anticipated outcomes.
  • Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Current Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Washington State.
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $88K to $105K, plus a potential $15K sign-on bonus, which includes productivity incentives and additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
