An established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Superintendent - Westchester, NY to oversee ground-up and interior commercial construction projects throughout Westchester County. This individual will be responsible for managing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Description A successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Westchester, NY: Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through closeout. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion. Enforce site safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work is completed to project specifications. Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders. Identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain project momentum. Coordinate inspections, permits, and project turnover activities. Profile A successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Westchester, NY: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects in Westchester County and the surrounding market. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and site logistics. Experience overseeing projects in sectors such as office, healthcare, retail, education, or mixed-use. Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, clients, architects, and internal teams. OSHA certification preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
