An established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Superintendent - Westchester, NY to oversee ground-up and interior commercial construction projects throughout Westchester County. This individual will be responsible for managing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Description A successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Westchester, NY: Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through closeout. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion. Enforce site safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work is completed to project specifications. Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders. Identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain project momentum.
