Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Concierge Specialist- Contract Role for a seasonal Open Enrollment opportunity in Clermont, FL. This 100% onsite position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating excellent first impressions, helping visitors feel welcome, and supporting a busy healthcare and insurance service environment.

As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play an important role in guiding consumers to the right team members, managing appointments, answering general questions, and keeping the front reception experience professional and efficient. Key Responsibilities

- Welcome visitors, assess their needs, and connect them with the appropriate Sales, Customer Service, or Clinical team member.
- Check visitors into company systems using computers, laptops, and iPads while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Schedule and manage appointments using web-based scheduling tools and Microsoft Outlook, including calendar coordination and appointment confirmations.
- Answer incoming calls, distribute messages, monitor voicemail, and support outbound appointment confirmation calls.
- Communicate wait times, explain next steps, offer hospitality support, and ensure visitors have a positive and professional experience.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, sorting mail, preparing shipping labels, stocking supplies, distributing materials, and maintaining the reception area.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $19.50 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary, seasonal Open Enrollment opportunity.
- Start Date: October 6, 2026.
- Assignment Duration: Through mid-January 2027.
- Location: Clermont, FL 34711.
- Work Arrangement: 100% onsite.
- Schedule: Shifts are scheduled within the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends.
- Schedule may change weekly based on business needs.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.
- Shift preferences cannot be accommodated.
- No time off will be approved during training or throughout the Open Enrollment season.
