Qualifications:

• Possession of a current cross-categorical special education license in Wisconsin, or eligibility and willingness to apply for reciprocal certification if licensed elsewhere
• Experience working in school settings is preferred; enthusiastic new graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Strong commitment to student development and educational equity
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Full-time availability from mid-August through May 2027

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, adaptable instruction to high school students with a variety of learning styles and needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with other educators and families
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
