What you'll need:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for California
• Demonstrated experience providing OT services within school settings
• Strong knowledge of student assessments, therapy planning, and documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently without a COTA

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services onsite to students, according to IEP goals and district guidelines
• Conduct assessments to determine students' therapy needs and support classroom participation
• Develop and implement intervention plans designed to improve students' functional and academic skills
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with school and district standards
• Consult with teachers, staff, and family members to integrate therapeutic strategies across settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress discussions
