Join our outstanding hospital located in Lancaster, CA! As a Level 2 Trauma center, certified for stroke and cancer care, with 420 beds and one of the largest emergency departments on the West Coast, our facility even features a helipad. This unique environment ensures exposure to a diverse patient population that is rarely found in other settings.

We are currently looking for a full-time Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist to become a part of our dedicated team in Lancaster, CA. Part-time and PRN positions are also available. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care and assist with rehabilitation activities. All therapists receive a membership with Evidence In Motion (EIM), which supports professional development and continued education—perfect for those eager to grow in their careers!

Qualifications:
  • A strong passion for serving others.
  • AHA BLS certification is required.
  • California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or the ability to obtain one.
  • Both recent graduates and experienced Speech Language Pathologists are encouraged to apply.
Compensation:

Hourly pay ranges from $44 to $60, plus a potential $5K sign-on bonus, a 401(k) plan with a 4% match, free continuing education, student loan reimbursement, and additional benefits.
