We are looking for an Associate Direct Support Manager to become a vital part of our Community & Social Services team within our nonprofit and social services program. This position involves providing direct assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while supporting the Direct Support Manager in various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist in daily operations and staff coordination.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with safety standards.
• Promote community integration for individuals served.
• Mentor and guide Direct Support Professionals in their roles.

Qualifications and Requirements
