Occupational Therapist School Setting - Redlands, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification for California
• Minimum of one year of schools-based OT experience
• Experience designing and implementing individualized education programming
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to onsite service delivery; virtual or hybrid options not available
• Able to work 35 hours per week, following school schedules

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, onsite occupational therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support student success
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
