With a Monday through Friday schedule offering 32-37.5 hours per week, you'll play a crucial role in helping school-aged children achieve their physical and educational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with eligibility to practice in Connecticut
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment highly valued
• Enthusiasm for working with K-12 students of diverse abilities
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
• Commitment to maintaining documentation and progress reports in accordance with district policies
• Willingness to work on-site; remote work is not available for this role

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy assessments and direct interventions for students in accordance with IEP requirements
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into students’ educational programming
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise to planning discussions
• Maintain accurate and thorough records for compliance and progress tracking
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment conducive to student development
