Job Description
Our organization is currently in search of a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility.
OT Qualifications:Must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Possession of a valid Occupational Therapy License in New York State is required.
Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care is preferred; however, recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Assess residents and create individualized OT treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
Select activities that empower residents to perform daily tasks independently.
Monitor, evaluate, and document residents' progress in occupational therapy through detailed reporting.
Ensure resident confidentiality by managing sensitive information appropriately.
