\n Job Summary\n
\n
\n The Press Assistant supports machine operators with equipment setup, operation, packing, and quality monitoring. This role plays a key part in maintaining print quality, safe operations, and efficient production flow.\n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Job Duties \n
\n
    \n
  • Assist machine operators with setups, wash-ups, plate washing, and daily operations
    • \n
  • Pack product on machinery and monitor print quality at required intervals
    • \n
  • Communicate material needs, quality issues, and non-conformance to operators and supervisors
    • \n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe machine and work area
    • \n
  • Support production by performing additional tasks as needed when machines are down
    • \n
\n

\n
\n Pay: 15.75/hourly\n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Schedule Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm CST OT on Friday based on production\n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Experience or Skill Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • Manufacturing or production floor experience preferred
    • \n
  • Ability to distinguish between colors, hues, and shades
    • \n
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and rotate between work areas
    • \n
  • Ability to remain self-directed and productive during downtime
    • \n
  • Ability to follow safety requirements, including wearing Kevlar gloves when required
    • \n
