What we’re seeking:

  • Current School Psychologist certification in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working in K-12 school environments preferred
  • Strong background in psychological assessment, counseling, and development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Effective communicator with students, staff, and parents
  • Skilled in data-driven decision making and progress monitoring
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered mindset

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and eligibility for special education services
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to support student learning and behavior
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized planning
  • Offer counseling services to students as needed
  • Consult with teachers and parents regarding student progress and classroom strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and stay current with best practices in school psychology
  • Support crisis intervention and conflict resolution when necessary
