Your Future Role at a Glance

Specialty: OBGYN

Schedule: 5-day work week, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Call Schedule: Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with the physicians at our facility, with the possibility of adding a fifth member to create a 1:5 rotation.

Practice Details: Join a team of three generalists, supported by dedicated OB Hospitalist coverage during nights and weekends.

How You’ll Make an Impact in This Role

We are looking for a full-time OB/GYN physician to join our busy and established practice. Office hours will be at our Primary & Specialty Care Center, which emphasizes family medicine and includes primary care and pediatrics. Deliveries will take place at our full-service perinatal center, which is dedicated to addressing the unique needs of women and providing personalized care throughout all life stages. In addition to Obstetrics and Gynecology, our facility offers a Breast Center, Pelvic health services, and utilizes a DaVinci Robotic system.

Highlights:

You will be part of a call group consisting of three OB/GYN physicians, along with one additional partner focused solely on Gynecology. Generalist OB/GYNs also participate in OB hospitalist coverage, with the number of shifts determined during contract negotiations. OB Hospitalists manage calls and all in-house responsibilities for the entire group, ensuring a balanced call frequency that supports a family-oriented lifestyle.

You will supervise up to four Certified Nurse Midwives at the same location.

Minimum Requirements:

Licensure / Certification / Registration: Candidates must possess an MD/DO credential from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board prior to the hire or transfer date. Advanced Life Support certification is preferred, with American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education: A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) is required.
