Join Our Team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician

We are looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to become part of our collaborative and supportive team in Richland, Washington. This position offers a flexible work schedule, allowing you to choose between a 4-day or 5-day week, enabling you to customize your practice to fit a balanced lifestyle or a more production-focused model, based on your preferences.

The role encompasses both clinic and surgical responsibilities, with access to two Da Vinci robotic systems for those wishing to engage in an active surgical practice. Additionally, you will have the advantage of working with an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), a Perinatal Center, and a Fertility Clinic, which together support a comprehensive range of services.

Our OB/GYN program is well-established and thriving, with over 2,700 deliveries each year. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing practice while enjoying a high quality of life along the scenic Columbia River in southeast Washington.

Position Details:

• Full-time employment
• Schedule options: 4 shifts of 10 hours or 5 shifts of 8 hours, Monday to Friday
• Combination of inpatient and outpatient care
• On-call duties: 6 days per month
• Access to 2 Da Vinci robotic systems

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual compensation ranging from $375,745 to $487,670
• Sign-on bonus of $90,000 and relocation assistance of $15,000 available
• As a non-profit organization, we qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and retirement plans

Qualifications & Requirements:

• New graduates are welcome to apply; however, prior experience is advantageous
• Eligible for J1 waiver and H1-B sponsorship, with expert immigration counsel available in-house
• Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable. Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available.
