Kforce has a client in Media, PA that is seeking an Inventory Administrator. Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Administrator to support inventory tracking, record maintenance, and reporting functions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to work onsite regularly while ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records and data in company systems Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock tracking and replenishment Perform inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Generate and maintain inventory reports using Excel Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and purchasing teams regarding inventory activity Process inventory transactions, adjustments, and transfers Support cycle counts and inventory audits Assist with administrative and reporting tasks as needed Requirements: Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data entry Reliable with strong attendance and dependability Must have reliable transportation and be able to work onsite 4 days per week Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Organizational skills Time Management skills Problem-Solving skills Analytical skills Preferred Qualifications: Previous Accounts Payable (AP) experience Experience working in inventory, logistics, warehouse, or administrative environments Invoice Processing experience Purchase Order Matching experience Warehouse or Logistics experience Supply Chain knowledge Inventory Auditing experience Familiar with basic Accounting principles Experience with: Inventory Management Inventory Control Data Entry & Record Maintenance Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Spreadsheets, Reporting) Inventory Reconciliation Cycle Counting Data Accuracy & Quality Control ERP/Inventory Management Systems Report Generation Process Improvement Administrative Support The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
