In this role, you will work full time (or part time, if desired) as an itinerant Special Education Teacher across 3-4 sites. The caseload may increase as the year progresses, providing excellent opportunities to grow and adapt in a dynamic educational environment. Your school days will run from 8:00am to 3:30pm, with a flexible start date of August 20th or later in the first semester.

Qualifications:

  • Vermont Early Childhood Endorsement preferred, or eligibility for a provisional license
  • Special Education Teacher certification/experience highly desired
  • Passion for delivering high-quality education to early childhood students with special needs
  • Strong adaptability and commitment to serving multiple locations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized instruction and support to early childhood students
  • Collaborate with staff across multiple sites
  • Create and maintain IEPs, monitor progress, and communicate with families and teams
