Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid MN Teaching Credential in any qualifying special education area (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Disabilities, Emotional/Behavioral Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Early Childhood, or Academic & Behavioral Strategist)
• Robust knowledge of behavior intervention plans, classroom management, and instructional strategies
• Strong attendance record and reliability
• Effective collaboration skills with educators and paraprofessionals in both general and special education settings
• Experience developing and implementing classroom structures and routines

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Teach in resource or center-based programs supporting a range of student needs, including ASD and DCD
• Employ advanced behavioral strategies and structured routines to foster a supportive learning environment
• Collaborate closely with other educators and paraprofessionals to individualize instruction and behavior plans
• Maintain open communication and consistent documentation of student progress
