Health and Safety Trainer | UK Wide | Full Time | £35,000 - £45,000, negotiable depending on experienceOur client has delivered health and safety training since 1984, built on quality and a drive to ensure every course is completed to a high standard and understood by everyone who attends. They gain the skills and confidence to make a difference in their chosen trade.Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Trainer to join their team and deliver health and safety training programmes, including IOSH and up to NEBOSH level.The RoleAs a Health and Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of health and safety training courses to clients across the UK. Training will be delivered at Midlands training facilities, remotely via Teams or Zoom, and at client sites nationwide.This is a varied role where no two courses are the same. You will work with delegates from a range of backgrounds and learning styles, using your expertise and engaging approach to deliver high-quality training that meets client expectations.Travel to client sites across the UK is a key part of this role, so flexibility and willingness to travel are required.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver professional health and safety training courses, including IOSH and some NEBOSH programmesDevelop and design new health and safety courses to reflect changes in legislationEnsure training is delivered to the highest professional standardsProvide an engaging learning experience for delegates with different learning stylesRepresent the company professionally when working with clientsCollaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality serviceReport directly to the DirectorRequirementsEssentialSignificant experience within the Health and Safety sectorAppropriate training qualificationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsAbility and willingness to travel UK-wideGood IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office applicationsDesirableExperience delivering IOSH and NEBOSH training programmesExperience working with a range of industries and client environmentsWhat's In It For YouCompany pensionLaptopCompany car or car allowanceWhat's next?
