This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 6 months to 1 year's post-graduate experience who is looking to build a successful career within commercial building surveying. Working alongside experienced Chartered Building Surveyors, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of professional and project work across a diverse property portfolio while receiving structured support towards achieving MRICS status. The RoleThis is a varied position where you'll assist in delivering both professional and project-based instructions across a wide range of commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include: Project Management Contract Administration Commercial Dilapidations Technical Due Diligence and Pre-Acquisition Surveys Insurance Reinstatement Projects Office Fit-Out and Refurbishment Schemes General Professional Building Surveying adviceClients & SectorsYou'll work across a diverse portfolio including: Education Commercial Offices Industrial Retail Public SectorThe team acts for commercial landlords, local authorities, combined authorities and a range of private sector clients, providing excellent exposure to different asset types and project work. About YouWe're looking for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn and committed to developing a long-term career in Building Surveying. Ideally you'll have: A degree in Building Surveying (RICS Accredited) Around 6 months to 1 year's experience within a Building Surveying consultancy Already enrolled on your APC, or looking to begin the APC process in the near future A genuine ambition to achieve MRICS status Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on responsibility A full UK driving licenceWhat's on Offer Salary of £30,000 - £38,000 depending on experience Structured APC programme with dedicated mentoring from Chartered Surveyors Support and guidance to achieve MRICS status Exposure to both professional surveying and project work from day one A broad and varied client portfolio across multiple sectors Hybrid and flexible working Clear career progression and regular salary reviews Ongoing training and professional development Competitive benefits packageThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor who is looking to accelerate their career, broaden their technical experience and progress towards becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor within a supportive and collaborative consultancy
