Your responsibilities will include: Project Management Contract Administration Commercial Dilapidations Technical Due Diligence and Pre-Acquisition Surveys Insurance Reinstatement Projects Office Fit-Out and Refurbishment Schemes General Professional Building Surveying adviceClients & SectorsYou'll work across a diverse portfolio including: Education Commercial Offices Industrial Retail Public SectorThe team acts for commercial landlords, local authorities, combined authorities and a range of private sector clients, providing excellent exposure to different asset types and project work. About YouWe're looking for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn and committed to developing a long-term career in Building Surveying.
