CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE We're offering an exciting seven-week temporary opportunity for six Customer Service Associates to join a leading not-for-profit organisation specialising in education and teacher training programmes. This role provides flexible remote working with an expectation to attend the London office two to four times per month. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service experience who are passionate about supporting educational programmes and delivering exceptional service.CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE ROLE:\n

  • Supporting the Admissions & Operations team to provide a seamless experience for applicants and programme participants
  • \n
  • Managing inbound enquiries and cases via telephone and email, delivering a high standard of customer service
  • \n
  • Handling a high-volume workload, including 50+ emails/cases and 20+ calls per day
  • \n
  • Using Salesforce CRM and telephone systems to log, track and resolve customer queries
  • \n
  • Providing clear, accurate information relating to educational programmes, processes and policies
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity in line with Standard Operating Procedures
  • \n
  • Escalating complex or urgent issues to the appropriate teams where necessary
  • \n
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback on customer experience and processes
  • \n
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure a consistent and effective service
  • \n
  • Carrying out administrative duties to support the smooth delivery of programmes
  • \n
  • Assisting users with basic IT-related queries, including password resets and portal access support
  • \n
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE ESSENTIALS:\n
    \n
  • Minimum of 12 months' customer service experience
  • \n
  • Previous experience using Salesforce CRM
  • \n
  • Experience within the education or not-for-profit sector
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage a high volume of enquiries
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • \n
