Quantity Surveyor Cheshire | Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits An established main contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Cheshire. Working across a portfolio of Hotels, Care Homes and Industrial Unit projects, you will typically be responsible for 1-2 live projects at any one time, with values of up to £10 million. Key Responsibilities Preparing and managing CVRs Valuations and applications for payment Cashflow forecasting and management Subcontractor procurement and account management Cost control and project reporting Managing final accounts Requirements Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the construction sector Proven ability to manage projects up to £10m Strong commercial awareness and subcontractor management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Package Salary: Up to £60,000 Car Allowance Pension Life Insurance Death in Service Benefit Additional company benefits package This is an excellent opportunity for a QS looking to join a well-established business delivering a varied range of projects across the commercial construction sector
