Security Officer

H&M Security Services Ltd are looking to recruit Static & Mobile Security Officers in the Orsett area for our Balfour Beatty construction compound.

Due to the rural location, all applicants MUST have their own transport to get to and from the site. The site is not accessible by public transport.

The shifts will consist of 12 hour shifts

Day shift 06:30 - 18:30

Night shift 18:30 - 06:30

Remuneration

The hourly rate is £13.50

Duties

Your duties will include....

Carrying out patrols.

Gate House duties.

Writing statements/reports.

Dealing with visitors, staff and deliveries.

Ensuring clients security procedures are met.

Must have Strong Verbal Communication Skills.

Must have good computer skills.

Must have a very smart appearance.

You will be required to arrive 15mins early for your shift to receive a handover from the previous officer on shift.

MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO THE RURAL LOCATION

The suitable candidate must have:-

• Valid Front-Line SIA Licence

• DBS
\n
• Previous 5 year HMRC checkable work history

• Strong verbal communication skills
\n
• Strong written communication skills
\n
• A smart appearance
\n
• 2 Years Security Experience
\n
• Security Experience on Construction sites desirable
