Senior Business Planner

King's Cross, London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) £55,000 - £60,000 | FTC until May/August 2027 (potential extension)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Planner to join a fast-paced retail environment. Working across Commercial, Finance, Merchandising and Supply Chain teams, you'll be responsible for driving business performance through forecasting, inventory management, sales planning and strategic decision-making.

• Own and manage seasonal business plans and forecasts.
\n
• Analyse performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
\n
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
\n
• Support inventory optimisation and marketplace performance.
\n
• Deliver data-driven insights to influence business decisions.
\n

• Previous experience in retail, merchandise, demand, supply chain or commercial planning.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
\n
• Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory management, KPIs and P&L performance.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
