We are currently recruiting for a Response Advisor for our client based in Norwich on a full time basis. The hours can be between 9am and 8pm. The hours are offered on a shift basis over 37.5 hours per week. This will include working 1 in 4 weekends. The company offers hybrid working 2 days in the office per week.

The role is managing enquiries coming in through the company website, calling up clients who have enquired about the services. Booking appointments for a sales consultant to meet with the client.
