\nWorking Pattern: Full-time, office-based, 5 days per week
\nPlease note:This role is fully office-based. There is no hybrid working and no work-from-home option available.
\nAbout the Role
\nWe are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join a leading professional services firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident marketing professional to work closely with senior leadership, partners and fee earners to develop and deliver a strategic marketing vision.
\nThis is a highly visible role where you will act as the firm's marketing adviser, driving marketing activity, brand visibility, business development initiatives and thought leadership across multiple channels. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and help shape the future direction of the business.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the firm's marketing strategy and annual marketing plan. \n
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver marketing initiatives that support business growth. \n
- Lead and execute campaigns across digital marketing, social media, events, sponsorships, awards, PR and thought leadership. \n
- Evaluate and manage external marketing opportunities, including sponsorships, editorial features, speaking engagements and advertising. \n
- Drive cross-department collaboration through integrated marketing initiatives. \n
- Manage and optimise CRM, email marketing and business development systems. \n
- Coordinate with internal and external suppliers including designers, copywriters, translators and PR agencies. \n
- Manage the marketing budget, reporting on performance, ROI and campaign effectiveness. \n
- Lead SEO strategy, identifying opportunities to improve search visibility and lead generation using tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console and Google Analytics. \n
- Support content optimisation for both search and AI visibility. \n
- Work with social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube to maximise reach and engagement. \n
- Manage relationships with external SEO providers and oversee website performance, user experience improvements and ongoing optimisation. \n
Skills & Experience
\nEssential
\n- \n
- 3-5+ years' experience within B2B, finance or legal marketing. \n
- Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing strategies. \n
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders. \n
- Excellent project management and organisational skills. \n
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. \n
- Strong understanding of social media, content marketing and thought leadership programmes. \n
- Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI. \n
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing and digital marketing platforms. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and marketing effectiveness. \n
- Ideally, experience within professional services, consulting, legal services or a similar sector. \n
