What you’ll be doing:

The role will involve:

\n
• Providing secretarial and administrative support to a busy Dispute Resolution Department
\n
• Liaising with fee earners on the progress of cases
\n
• Dealing with clients by phone, email and in person and conducting conflict checks
\n
• Making appointments for clients and diary management
\n
• Preparing bundles for court
\n
• Typing of correspondence and legal documents
\n
• File opening and closing using a legal case management system
\n
• Supporting with preparation of invoices and cost scheduling for clients
\n

Who we’re looking for:

Suitable candidates will have:

\n
• Previous, up to date secretarial and administrative experience, within a law firm or similar professional services environment
\n
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook and ideally legal case management systems
\n
• A positive, client-focused approach
\n
• The ability to work well as part of a team player
\n

This is a permanent job which offered on a full time (35 hours pw) basis. The role will be fully office-based, with parking available on site.
