\nSalary: £35,020 per annum
\nHybrid Working: Office-based initially, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week once training has been successfully completed

\nOur client is looking for an Investigative Analyst to join their specialist team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong research and analytical skills who enjoys investigating information from a wide range of sources to support informed business decisions.
The Role\nWorking as part of an experienced team, you'll conduct in-depth research into individuals and organisations across the globe. Using open-source intelligence, databases, and internal resources, you'll assess the legitimacy, reputation, and background of subjects before presenting your findings in detailed reports.
\nThis is a varied and intellectually stimulating role where attention to detail and critical thinking are essential.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct detailed research using global databases and open-source intelligence. \n
- Verify information relating to individuals and organisations. \n
- Gather, evaluate, and analyse information from multiple sources. \n
- Liaise with international colleagues to obtain relevant local intelligence. \n
- Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, and areas requiring further investigation. \n
- Produce clear, accurate, and well-structured due diligence reports. \n
- Prioritise workloads to meet client deadlines. \n
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation throughout the research process. \n
We're looking for someone who is naturally inquisitive and enjoys building a complete picture through detailed research.
\nYou will ideally have:
\n- \n
- Strong research, analytical or investigative experience, or working proficiency in Turkish, Arabic or Mandarin (languages are desirable but not essential). \n
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills. \n
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach. \n
- The ability to interpret information from a variety of sources and draw logical conclusions. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to investigate beyond the obvious. \n
An interest in international affairs, finance, crime, security or geopolitics would be advantageous.
