\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing
\nWorking across a varied portfolio of domestic and commercial properties, you'll carry out everything from planned maintenance and reactive repairs through to inspection, testing and small installation projects.
\nEvery day is different, keeping the role interesting and technically rewarding.
\n\nYour Duties Will Include:
\nElectrical fault finding and diagnostics
\nEICR inspections and certification
\nInspection & Testing
\nReactive electrical maintenance
\nPlanned preventative maintenance (PPM)
\nConsumer unit replacements
\nFuse board upgrades
\nPower and lighting repairs
\nFull and partial rewires
\nEmergency lighting testing and maintenance
\nFire alarm interface works
\n\nSocket and lighting circuit repairs
\nRing final circuit testing
\nRadial circuit testing
\nRCBO, MCB & RCD replacement
\nThree-phase fault finding
\nDistribution board maintenance
\nElectrical remedial works
\nLandlord electrical safety inspections
\nSmall installation projects
\nLED lighting upgrades
\nExternal lighting
\nSecurity lighting
\nContainment systems including conduit, tray and trunking
\nIsolation procedures
\nCable installation and termination
\nGeneral electrical compliance works
\n\nDelivering outstanding customer service on every job
\n\nWhat We're Looking For
\nYou'll be an experienced Electrician who enjoys fault finding, testing and solving problems while taking pride in producing high-quality work.
\n\nEssential Qualifications
\nNVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2
\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
\nJIB Gold Card holder
\nDesirable
\nCity & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
\nAM2
\nExperience working in occupied buildings
\nExcellent customer-facing skills
