- Lead all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the manufacturing site. \n
- Promote a positive safety culture through audits, inspections and employee engagement. \n
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and company procedures. \n
- Investigate accidents and incidents, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement. \n
- Carry out risk assessments, safety inspections and oversee safe systems of work. \n
- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance, statutory inspections and contractor activities. \n
- Monitor HSE performance, producing KPI reports and supporting environmental initiatives. \n
- Deliver Health & Safety inductions and maintain training and compliance records. \n
- Work closely with Production, Engineering and Management to maintain a safe and compliant site. \n

- NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (or equivalent). \n
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Health & Safety management role within a manufacturing environment. \n
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation. \n
- Experience conducting accident investigations, risk assessments and internal audits. \n
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and occupational health and safety management systems. \n
- Experience managing contractors and coordinating site maintenance activities. \n
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. \n
- Aerospace manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential. \n
