• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

Join our team as a Production / Warehouse Operative in a dynamic and growing production environment. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality.

Day-to-day of the role:

\n
• Fill products using machinery or manual methods efficiently and accurately.
\n
• Minimise waste and maintain production efficiency.
\n
• Label bottles and containers according to customer and stock requirements.
\n
• Pack, wrap, and strap finished goods onto pallets.
\n
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across machines and production areas.
\n
• Report any machine faults or issues promptly to the Supervisor.
\n
• Complete all necessary production and filling documentation.
\n
• Ensure all filled products meet company and legal weight requirements.
\n
• Support warehouse duties including picking and packing orders.
\n
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including forklift use where applicable.
\n
• Handle associated goods-in and goods-out paperwork.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Previous production or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
\n
• Forklift experience is advantageous.
\n
• Strong attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Proactive with a good level of initiative.
\n
• Able to follow instructions and meet production schedules.
\n
• Quick to respond to issues and problem-solve effectively.
\n
