The Role\n

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Coordinator to join a programme that will support communities across Yorkshire.The RoleThis is a varied position where no two days will be the same. You will coordinate partner relationships, manage records and reporting, support events and visits, maintain databases and help keep projects on track as the programme continues to grow.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior managers and the wider team.
  • \n
  • Coordinate meetings, visits, events and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • \n
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, records and shared information.
  • \n
  • Act as a key contact for community partners and external stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Support partner onboarding and ongoing communications.
  • \n
  • Maintain CRM systems, databases and reporting information.
  • \n
  • Produce reports, presentations and management information.
  • \n
  • Coordinate information between operational and warehouse teams.
  • \n
  • Support business development activities, including partner and funding research.
  • \n
  • Help drive efficient systems, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

The PersonAbout YouWe are looking for someone who enjoys keeping people, processes and information organised. You will be confident communicating with a range of stakeholders, comfortable managing multiple priorities and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.You will have:\n

  • Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service or business support.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Experience maintaining records, databases and shared systems.
  • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • Experience arranging meetings, events or appointments.
  • \n
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • \n
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • \n
Experience within logistics, distribution, warehousing, charities, community organisations or stakeholder engagement environments would be advantageous but is not essential.Why Apply?\n
