Location: Bridgnorth Community Hospital – South East Locality

Pay: Competitive + £0.45 per mile mileage

Hours: 7-day rota | 08:00–18:00 (long days) or 08:00–16:00 / 08:30–16:30 / 10:00–18:00

• Deliver high-quality care in community settings
\n
• Manage complex and simple wound care, including compression therapy
\n
• Provide end-of-life care and patient support
\n
• Administer medications safely
\n
• Perform catheterisation (male, female & suprapubic)
\n
• Support with bowel care and insulin administration
\n
• Use and manage syringe drivers
\n
• Conduct Doppler assessments and compression bandaging
\n

• Active NMC registration (RGN)
\n
• Minimum 6 months recent NHS Community/District Nursing experience
\n
• Competent in required clinical skill set
\n
• Must be a driver with access to a car
\n
• Right to work in the UK
\n
• Fully compliant and available to start ASAP
\n
