Children's Social Worker- Locality

Our Client, a Yorkshire council is seeking a Children’s Social Worker to join their Locality Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

\n
• Manage a varied caseload of children and families, undertaking assessments, planning and interventions to promote positive outcomes.
\n
• Complete Child in Need, Child Protection and Care Proceedings work, ensuring children remain at the centre of all decision-making.
\n
• Work in partnership with families, schools and multi-agency professionals to safeguard children and reduce risk.
\n
• Attend and contribute to statutory meetings, conferences and reviews, providing professional recommendations.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely case records, assessments and reports in line with statutory requirements and local procedures.
\n

Requirements of this role:

\n
• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
\n
• Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
\n
