GP Receptionist

A well-established GP practice in central London is seeking a GP Receptionist to join a busy front-of-house team. This role starts on a temporary basis, with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointment bookings, handling queries in person and by phone, and providing efficient, professional front-of-house support. Experience using EMIS is essential, and you will work closely with the wider practice team to ensure a smooth, welcoming service for all patients and visitors.

• Previous experience in a GP practice or medical reception setting preferred

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment
