Location: LeicesterSalary: £17.95-£20.51 per hourContract: Ongoing Temporary ContractHours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment? We're recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognised organisation for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior executive on an ongoing contract basis.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy executive office.

\n

This role will be fully office based with successful candidates required in the office Monday to Friday.

\n

The Role:

\n

Working closely with one of the organisation's senior executives, you'll be responsible for delivering first-class executive support, managing competing priorities and acting as a trusted point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

\n

Key responsibilities include:

\n
    \n
  • Proactively managing a busy and ever-changing diary
  • \n
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments and events across multiple stakeholders
  • \n
  • Organising domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodation where required
  • \n
  • Screening calls and managing correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • \n
  • Preparing meeting agendas, presentations and supporting documentation
  • \n
  • Taking minutes and following up on actions where required
  • \n
  • Managing confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • \n
  • Building strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders
  • \n
  • Supporting with project coordination and ad hoc administrative tasks
  • \n
  • Providing general Executive Assistant support to ensure the executive's schedule runs efficiently
  • \n

About You:

\n

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and able to remain calm under pressure.

\n

You'll ideally have:

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant
  • \n
  • Exceptional diary management and organisational skills
  • \n
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • \n
  • A professional and confident approach when dealing with senior stakeholders
  • \n
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality
  • \n
  • A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • \n
