Cleansing Operative/Driver Crew Leader

\n Salary: £27,257 - £29,850
\n Hours: 36 per week

\n Shift pattern for position is Days on 4 days off 4 Hours of work are 6am to 5:02pm (45 minutes meal break), plus £2,328.89 unsocial hours payment per annum.

The post holder will be required to hold or attain a qualification at SVQ Level 2 or equivalent in an environmental related subject.

• Full UK Driving Licence with B entitlement working towards C1

The purpose of this post is to ensure the local environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
\n This will involve undertaking a range of services and activities, including: street and open space cleaning, litter collection, environmental inspection and enforcement.
\n Drive vehicles appropriate to the licence type held. They will be responsible for the vehicle and undertake appropriate checks and paper work.
\n Undertake day‐to‐day task allocation and operational supervision of cleansing operatives assigned to them (this may include lone workers).

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
