Job Title: Relief Assistant Manager
\nLocation: Saltgreen's Residential Home, Eyemouth
\nContract: Relief/Casual
\nSalary*: £18.41 - £20.20 per hour / £33600.95 - £36867.70 pro rata per annum
\nQualifications: SVQ 3 or equivalent is desirable but not essential. You can earn whilst you learn!
\nTraining: All training is provided.
\nRequirements: PVG Adults – we will do this for you! SSSC registered.

\nProviding practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we care for.
\nContribute to the management and delivery of high-quality care and support at home in line with SSSC Codes of Practice and National Care Standards.
\nProvide leadership and direction in supporting the development of team members.
\nWork productively in conjunction with their team to ensure the physical, emotional and social needs of the service users are appropriately met.
\nPromote the health and well-being of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way.
