• As a Travel Consultant you will be dealing with inbound customer and travel agent enquires
\n
• Positively communicate with customers to create excitement about their holiday
\n
• Take ownership of all customer interactions (phone, email, live chat) to match their needs with products and services to maximise revenue, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction.
\n

Travel Consultant, Skills Required

\n
• Experience in sales for at least a minimum of 6 months
\n
• Travel Consultants need to take ownership for achieving targets, your own performance and development to be the best you can
\n
• Good Geographical knowledge
\n

Travel Consultant Additional Details

\n
• Paying £25298 + comm
\n
• Office based in Market Harborough
\n
• Working Mon - Fri shifts within the hours of , Sat and Sun in 3 weekends over a 12 week rota
\n
• Part-time hours available, must be able to work weekends.
\n
• Full training provided
\n
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday. Plus option to buy more days.
