- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, flexible working and workplace conflict \n
- Support organisational change, restructures and consultation processes \n
- Advise on employment legislation, policies and HR best practice to ensure compliant and consistent decision-making \n
- Work closely with colleagues across the People function to deliver initiatives covering performance, learning and development, engagement and wellbeing \n
- Produce HR data and insights to support informed business decisions and continuous improvement \n
- Assist with developing People policies, processes and projects that enhance the employee experience \n

- Previous generalist HR experience within an in-house environment \n
- Confident managing a complex employee relations caseload, with proven experience coaching and supporting managers through a wide range of ER matters. \n
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations processes \n
- Experience supporting managers through a broad range of people matters \n
- Ability to interpret Human Resources data and contribute to process improvements \n
- CIPD qualified, part-qualified or currently working towards qualification is desirable \n
