\n- Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager and GA4
\n- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex datasets

\n- Experience producing reports and translating analysis into practical recommendations
\n- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
\n- Confidence communicating with clients and answering campaign-related questions
\n- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
\n- An enthusiastic, collaborative and calm approach
\n\nExperience within a media or performance marketing agency would be particularly useful. Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau experience would be advantageous, although training will be provided. Experience within fundraising, charities or NGOs—or fluency in German—would also be a bonus.
\n\nThe role:
\n\n- Analyse TV and digital campaign performance across multiple international markets
\n- Centralise and benchmark global digital campaign results
\n- Use Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Excel to evaluate and optimise campaigns
\n- Monitor performance and emerging trends across channels including Meta and Performance Max
\n- Build reports and presentation decks that turn data into clear client recommendations
\n- Support forecasting, media planning and campaign performance reviews
\n- Develop your knowledge of attribution methodologies and explain them clearly to clients
\n- Manage day-to-day client queries, campaign briefings and data presentations
\n- Build relationships with media agency partners across international markets
\n- Identify new tools, technologies and AI developments that could improve efficiency and performance
\n\nThe agency offers a friendly, supportive environment, hybrid working and the opportunity to contribute to campaigns that raise millions for important causes around the world.
\n\nSalary: £33,000–£38,000, depending on experience
\nLocation: London – hybrid working
