Reed Finance are partnering exclusively with a leading infrastructure and transport organisation is seeking a Structured Finance Analyst to join their team on a 4-month fixed-term contract.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to engage in complex financing transactions, refinancing projects, and treasury activities within a large, dynamic organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the structuring and execution of financing arrangements for projects, acquisitions, and refinancing activities.
\n
• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support investment and funding decisions.
\n
• Assist with managing relationships with banks, lenders, financial institutions, and external advisors.
\n
• Monitor debt facilities and financing agreements, ensuring compliance with key terms and covenants.
\n
• Support treasury operations, including cash management and cash flow forecasting activities.
\n
• Assist in the management of interest rate, foreign exchange, and commodity risk exposures.
\n
• Support KYC processes and credit approval requirements with financial institutions.
\n
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver financing and treasury projects.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) and CFA or ACT would be advantageous.
\n
• Experience gained within structured finance, corporate finance, treasury, banking, infrastructure finance, or a related field.
\n
• Exposure to debt financing, refinancing, project finance, or capital structure activities.
\n
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• A Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or Business-related degree.
\n
