Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for a IFA Administrator to join a market-leading Independent Financial Adviser firm based in Leicester, specialising in a wide range of services from investment advice to retirement planning.

As an IFA Administrator you will manage all aspects of financial services administration, including processing Letters of Authority (LOA), preparing client documentation, and liaising with providers and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle new business applications and liaise with providers to ensure timely completion
\n
• Prepare client appointment packs and manage adviser diaries
\n
• Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards
\n
• Gather data for cash flow modelling and portfolio analysis
\n

Skills and experience required:

\n
• A minimum of two years’ experience working as an IFA Administrator within a Wealth Management or IFA firm, supporting one to two advisors
\n
• Experience with basic suitability report writing is preferred
\n
• Exposure to the Curo platform is advantageous
\n
