\nRole Overview
\nWe are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team at a busy late-night entertainment venue in Leicester on a permanent basis. The roles are expected to be filled within the next three months and will involve working approximately 9:00pm to 6:00am, four nights per week. All successful candidates will be subject to a three-month probationary period.
\nEssential Criteria
\nExperience & Knowledge
\nPrevious experience working within the hospitality industry is essential.
\nExperience working in a late-night venue, nightclub, bar, or entertainment venue is highly desirable.
\nUnderstanding of responsible alcohol service and licensing regulations.
\nExperience handling cash and card transactions accurately.
\nKnowledge of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
\nSkills & Abilities
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
\nStrong ability to work under pressure during busy trading periods.
\nExcellent teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues when required.

\nDesirable Criteria
\nPrevious experience in a high-volume late-night bar or nightclub.
\nCocktail-making experience and product knowledge.
\nPersonal Licence Holder qualification.
\nFirst Aid qualification.
\nExperience using EPOS/till systems.
\nKnowledge of stock control procedures.
\nWorking Hours & Conditions
\nApproximately 9:00pm to 6:00am.
\nFour nights per week, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
\nOpportunity to earn bonus for sales targets
\nRoles expected to commence within the next three months.
\nSuccessful candidates will be required to complete a three-month probationary period.
