As an Interim Bid Manager in the business services industry, you'll manage the bid process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality submissions that meet client requirements. \nA company operating in the business services industry. Our client are a PE backed business services firm, looking for interim support during a busy period in their bids function.

- Oversee the end-to-end bid process to ensure timely and accurate submissions. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for bid proposals. \n
- Develop compelling and professional bid documents tailored to client needs. \n
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and tender requirements. \n
- Track and manage bid timelines, deliverables and deadlines effectively. \n
- Conduct quality checks and reviews on proposal content before submission. \n
- Maintain a library of proposal templates and relevant documentation for future use. \n
- Analyse feedback from previous bids to improve processes and outcomes. \n
Profile
\nA successful Interim Bid Manager should have:
\n- \n
- 5+ years experience in Bid Management and / or writing roles \n
- Available at short notice to cover an interim contract \n
- Exposure to public sector bids processes. \n
- Experience in industries including professional services, Facilities Management, and healthcare services would be highly advantageous. \n
- Strong written communication skills for creating engaging and professional proposals. \n
- Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines. \n
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance. \n
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. \n
Job Offer
\n- \n
- Daily rate equivalent of £55,000 - £65,000, dependent on the level of experience. \n
- Temporary contract providing flexibility. \n
- Immediate start available. \n
