People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Northampton, Northamptonshire.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant.

Rates of Pay:

• Competitive rates of pay: £13.27 - £15.73 per hour
\n
• Overtime paid at x 1.5
\n

Shift Pattern:

\n
• Sunday and Monday: 07:00 - 15:00
\n
• Sunday and Monday: 15:00 - 23:00
\n
• Applicants must be available to work both Sunday and Monday each week
\n

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Part-Time Warehouse Operative are:

\n
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
\n
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
\n
• Checking products and orders for accuracy
\n
• Preparing goods for dispatch
\n
• Labelling, sorting and packing stock
\n
• Loading and unloading goods when required
\n
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse
\n
• Completing basic stock checks and documentation
\n
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
\n
• Working closely with other members of the warehouse team
\n
• Following all site health and safety procedures
\n

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Part-Time Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
\n
• Good attention to detail
\n
• The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
\n
• A reliable and hardworking approach
\n
• Good communication and teamwork skills
\n
• The ability to follow instructions and work safely
\n
• The ability to complete manual handling duties
\n
• Availability to work every Sunday and Monday
\n
