Part-Time Caretaker

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Caretaker to provide holiday cover at a well-presented residential development in West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with caretaking, cleaning or estate services experience who takes pride in maintaining high standards and delivering excellent service to residents.

Please note: Applicants must live locally due to the split-shift working pattern.

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 11:00am & 4:00pm – 5:00pm (split shifts)

• Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
\n
• Temporary assignment: 3 weeks during August
\n

• Cleaning and maintaining all communal areas to a high standard
\n
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming internal areas
\n
• Collecting and moving residents' refuse and recycling
\n
• Carrying out basic health & safety and building checks
\n
• Keeping external areas clean, tidy and presentable
\n
• Reporting maintenance issues to the management team
\n
• Providing a friendly and professional service to residents
\n

• Previous caretaking, cleaning or residential estate experience preferred
\n
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
\n
• Good attention to detail
\n
• Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
\n
• Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
\n
• Must live within easy commuting distance of West London due to the split-shift schedule
\n
