3 Point Recruitment are a supporting a fast-growing organisation with hiring a driven Sales Director to lead UK business development, win new customers and build a high-performing commercial team. This is a hands-on role combining strategic leadership with direct ownership of new business growth - an excellent opportunity!

This role will take ownership of new business generation, strategic account development and the performance of both Business Development and Account Management functions - playing a key role in shaping long-term commercial strategy.

Duties Will Include

• Lead UK sales growth strategy and deliver revenue / margin targets

• Identify, pursue and win new business opportunities
\n
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships
\n
• Oversee Business Development and Account Management teams
\n
• Drive CRM usage, accurate forecasting and commercial KPIs
\n
• Lead negotiations, proposals and contract discussions
\n
• Strengthen and manage a high quality sales pipeline
\n
• Improve sales processes, reporting and opportunity management
\n
• Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
\n
• Contribute to long-term commercial strategy and market development
