The Role
\nJoining a growing Corporate & Commercial department, you'll advise a broad client base including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs, investors and fast-growing companies across Devon, the South West and beyond.
\nThis is a varied role involving high-quality transactional and advisory work with plenty of client contact.

- General company law advice \n
- Strategic commercial advice for businesses \n

About You

- Corporate Lawyers with approximately 3+ years PQE \n
- Senior Associates ready for Partnership \n

You will have solid experience advising businesses on corporate transactions and commercial matters and be looking for a firm that offers genuine progression without requiring an existing client following.
