Your new companyAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and customer-focused Administrator in their Training & Development team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data, learning and development processes, and apprenticeship programmes. You will play a vital role working closely with the Training and Apprenticeship Coordinator and wider Learning & Development team. You will help ensure that apprenticeship records, training information and associated documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently.Your new roleAs Training Administrator, you will:

  • Process, update and maintain apprenticeship information and learner data.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate Individual Learner Records (ILR), including withdrawals, transfers, achievements and breaks in learning.
  • \n
  • Input and manage learner data to support apprenticeship funding claims.
  • \n
  • Produce reports relating to attainment, progression and retention.
  • \n
  • Communicate effectively with apprentices regarding programme events, requirements and deadlines.
  • \n
  • Support Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities.
  • \n
  • Provide administrative support for End Point Assessment processes, including registrations and evidence submissions.
  • \n
  • Support the commissioning and administration of training courses and development activities.
  • \n
  • Manage shared mailboxes and respond professionally to enquiries.
  • \n
  • Monitor training expenditure and provide general administrative support across the Leadership and Development Centre.
  • \n
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for training delivery, including room bookings and resources.
  • \n
  • Administer training evaluations and learner feedback processes.
  • \n

What you'll need to succeedWe are seeking an individual who is organised, detail-oriented and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • \n
  • Strong ICT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • \n
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive and flexible approach.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • \n
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Confidence in handling and maintaining sensitive information.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • Professionalism, integrity and discretion.
  • \n

What you'll get in returnYou will get the opportunity to work with an experienced team and will work 4 days a week Monday-Thursday (29 hours per week). There is free parking on site, and you will be paid £16.56 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.
