Stock Supervisor – Sutton-in-Ashfield - Competitive Salary

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be supporting an established manufacturer in Sutton-in-Ashfield who is looking to recruit a Stock Supervisor to join their growing team.

As Stock Supervisor, you will lead and motivate a small team, ensuring day-to-day goals are met, and you will help drive continuous improvement across the factory.

• 7:30am - 4:30pm (Monday-Thursday) & 7:30am - 12:30pm (Friday)

The Role

\n
• Supervise and motivate store staff during your shifts
\n
• Help manage opening and closing procedures
\n
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure service standards stay high
\n
• Monitor sales performance and support the team in reaching targets
\n
• Train, coach and support new and existing team members
\n
• Manage inventory, stock levels and loss prevention procedures
\n
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness, visual merchandising and safety
\n

The Person

\n
• Previous experience within a similar role within a manufacturing environment
\n
• Strong MRP experience (Dynamics AX desirable)
\n
• Strong leadership experience
\n
